Delicious flavor and way to get your collagen

Collagen is one of the more important things that we can take for our body and can really help almost every aspect of our body. This supports healthy ligaments and tendons, helps support flexibility and mobility and really assists with recovery after exercise. This one is grapefruit flavor and to me is delicious - to me though was much better once I out in the fridge. The warm one I tried just had almost an off flavor so I threw one in the fridge to try it there and it really helped it. The price does come out to almost $3 per packet - so it is a little pricey compared to maybe other options you have for colllagen intake. But I do think this is a great option to try and see for yourself if you like it as a better option than powders or pills!
