What you’ll own
A reliable weekly view of cash, sales, spend, contribution margin and upcoming commitments.
Invoices, payments, receivables, reconciliations and month-end information for our external accountants.
Inventory, purchase orders, production, inbound shipments and supplier commitments across Amazon and our fulfilment network.
Early escalation of stock, fulfilment, quality and deadline risks.
Clear SOPs, dashboards and AI-assisted workflows that improve recurring work.
What you bring
You are ambitious, curious and unusually reliable.
You notice when a number, date or explanation does not make sense—and investigate it.
You are comfortable with spreadsheets and want to develop strong commercial judgment.
You communicate clearly, close loops and take feedback well.
You use AI to improve your thinking, then test its output against source data.
Evidence can come from work, internships, study, volunteering, side projects or something you built. No specific degree or previous job title is required.
What good looks like at 90 days
The weekly business-health pack is reliable and on time for twelve consecutive weeks.
Critical exceptions reach the accountable person inside the agreed response window.
At least four recurring workflows are documented or reliably AI-assisted.
The founder has measurably stopped chasing routine coordination.

AI-assisted systems that increase creative velocity without flattening the brand.

Recommendations based on CTR, hook rate, thumbstop rate and conversion signals.
What you bring
You think in ideas and systems: concept, execution and why it should work.
You care about performance as much as storytelling.
You use AI fluently while keeping the final judgment your own.
No specific degree is required. Each role lists its location and work-authorisation requirements. Visa sponsorship is not currently available, and remote work applies only where the opening says so. Every application is assessed against the same job-related criteria.
