What you bring
6–10 years in e-commerce operations at a brand, marketplace or agency — Amazon US experience strongly preferred.
You’ve managed and developed a team before.
Daily, demonstrable fluency with AI tools — you’ll be asked to show your actual workflow.
The temperament to be the most senior person in the room in KL while strategy sits in Singapore.

Shopify Growth Specialist
Conversion first, spend second. Take our Shopify store past the conversion gate — then unlock the paid budget, run acquisition, and own email and retention. You own the Shopify P&L end to end.

What you’ll own
The CRO programme: hypothesis → test → ship, every week.
Landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles and checkout flow.
Analytics hygiene and honest attribution.
Email/SMS flows and subscription retention on the existing customer base.
Post-gate: paid acquisition across Meta and Google, measured on payback.
What you bring
3–6 years in DTC growth or CRO at a brand or agency.
Conversion wins you can walk us through step by step — what you changed, why, what happened.
Strong analytical instincts; you build your own reporting.
Daily AI fluency for analysis, copy and page builds.
No specific degree is required. All three roles are based in Kuala Lumpur on a hybrid pattern. You must already be authorised to work in Malaysia — visa sponsorship is not currently available. Every application is assessed against the same job-related criteria.
