What you’ll build
Paid-social concepts, hooks, scripts and visual directions across formats.
AI-assisted systems that increase creative velocity without flattening the brand.
Customer avatars, UGC frameworks and testable funnel angles.
Recommendations based on CTR, hook rate, thumbstop rate and conversion signals.
What you bring
You think in ideas and systems: concept, execution and why it should work.
You care about performance as much as storytelling.
You use AI fluently while keeping the final judgment your own.
No specific degree is required. Singapore and Tokyo applicants must already have the right to work locally; visa sponsorship is not currently available. Remote candidates must be legally engageable where they live and overlap at least four working hours with Singapore business hours. Compensation is location-adjusted and shared before the first interview.
