Shipping destinations
BeMe Wellness currently ships to addresses in the United States and Singapore. Available delivery services, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on subscription orders. Eligible one-time orders shipped within the United States receive free standard shipping when the order value is over $50. Any other applicable shipping charge is displayed before you complete checkout.
Order processing and tracking
When your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs or other events outside our control.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please review your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@bemewellness.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
If tracking shows an unusual delay, a delivery problem or a return to sender, email hello@bemewellness.com with your order number and we will help investigate with the carrier.
International orders
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import charges displayed or assessed for an international delivery unless checkout states otherwise.
