Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery frequency selected at checkout until they are cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize BeMe Wellness to charge the payment method provided for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Managing your subscription
You may skip a delivery, change an available subscription option or cancel future renewals through your customer account. You may also request assistance by emailing hello@bemewellness.com.
Timing of changes
To stop or change an upcoming renewal, submit the request before that order is processed. A change made after an order has been processed applies to future renewals and does not cancel the order already in progress.
Cancellation fees and refunds
There is no fee to cancel a subscription. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed. Refund requests are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
